Shipping & Delivery

How fast will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days via USPS. Our shop days are Wednesday through Saturday, so orders placed over the weekend or on a Monday/Tuesday will go out with our next shipping day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order.

Do you deliver locally around Lake Martin?

We offer local pickup at our Alexander City store. For larger pieces — furniture, rugs, and oversized decor — reach out to us directly and we'll talk through delivery options.

Furniture, Rugs & Large Items

Can I order furniture or rugs if I don't live nearby?

Our furniture, rugs, and larger home pieces are available for local delivery or in-store pickup. If you've fallen for a piece from out of town, give us a call and we'll figure out the best way to get it to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unworn, unused items in original condition. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Final sale items and consumables (like our frozen cookies and rolls) can't be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Yes — bring it by the shop and we'll take care of it.

Sizing & Fit

How does your clothing run?

Because we carry a mix of brands, fit can vary from one label to the next. We do our best to note fit details on individual product pages — if you're between sizes or unsure, reach out before you order and we're happy to help you pick the right size.

Gift Wrapping & Registry

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Gift wrapping is coming soon! In the meantime, if you need something dressed up for gifting, let us know in the order notes and we'll see what we can do.

Do you offer a gift registry?

Yes — we offer registries for weddings and baby showers. Stop by the store or create a registry account online to get started!

Local Pickup

Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Yes — just select local pickup at checkout and we'll have it ready for you during business hours.
