Shipping Policy

Our shop is open Wednesday through Saturday, and orders are processed on those days only. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of when they're placed — if you order on a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, processing begins the following Wednesday. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship via USPS to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout — we're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and we're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Local pickup

Live in or near Alexander City? Select local pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready at our shop. We'll email you when it's ready for pickup, based on our Wednesday-Saturday hours.

Delays

Once your package leaves our hands, delivery timing is up to the carrier. We're not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other events outside our control, but reach out if something seems off and we're happy to help track it down.
